This base of operations for the CDF was the first one built and operated. A larger building, it's more historic than anything else. Inside, it looks like any old police department building, a reception desk, a few work areas in the back, a few holding cells and the main officer's office.
In the main reception hall, The first picture of the four founders hangs, welcoming all who enter.
Fighting is not allowed, unless you want to be thrown into one of the cells.
